DevReel is run by 36N Group LLC. We decide how the personal data described here is used. Questions or requests: support@devreel.dev.

Code you only preview or export in your browser is processed on your device. The editor keeps your work in progress in your browser's storage. Your code reaches our servers only when you save a project, render in the cloud, or send it through the API or an AI app.

• Account: your email address. If you sign in with Google, also the name and profile picture Google shares with us.
• What you create: saved projects, the code, text and images in them, and videos you render in the cloud.
• Payments: your plan, your purchases and a Stripe customer ID. Your card details stay with Stripe.
• Usage: which pages and features are used, a random ID kept in your browser, your country (from our hosting provider) and your browser type, linked to your account when you are signed in. We do not store your IP address with these events.
• Abuse protection: sign-up uses a Cloudflare Turnstile check and a one-way scrambled form of your network address to limit fake accounts.

To run DevReel for you, keep accounts secure, take payments, send account emails and "video ready" notices, fix problems and improve the product. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

• Supabase: accounts and database.
• Cloudflare: hosting, file storage, email sending and bot protection.
• Modal: cloud rendering of your videos.
• Stripe: payments.
• Resend: account emails such as sign-up confirmation and password reset.
• Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.

These providers process data in the United States and other countries where they operate.

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: keeping you signed in and protecting sign-up. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• Account data and saved projects: while your account is open.
• Finished cloud videos: for a limited time so you can download them, then deleted.
• Payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data. Email support@devreel.dev from your account's email address and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

DevReel is not meant for anyone under 16. If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or on this site before it applies.
