Refund Policy

If you bought a credit pack in the last 14 days and have not used its credits, we refund it in full.

If you ask within 14 days of a monthly payment and have not used that month's credits, we refund that payment.

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future payments; your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund part of a month.

If a cloud render fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Email support@devreel.dev from your account's email address with the date and amount of the payment. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them. When we refund a purchase, the credits it added are removed from your account.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
