Terms of Service
Last updated September 28, 2026
Who we are
DevReel (devreel.dev) is run by 36N Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using DevReel you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use DevReel.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Use a real email address and keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person per account. If you think someone else is using yours, email support@devreel.dev.
Your code and your videos
You keep all rights to the code, text and images you put into DevReel, and to the videos you make with it. You can use your videos anywhere, including commercially. You give us permission to store and process your content only as needed to run DevReel for you: saving your projects, rendering your videos and showing them to you.
Only use content you have the right to use. Remove passwords, API keys and other secrets from your code before you turn it into a video.
Acceptable use
Do not use DevReel to:
- break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
- make or spread malware or spam, or content that harasses or threatens people;
- get around credits, limits or security checks, or overload the service on purpose;
- resell access to cloud rendering without our written permission.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we will tell you why first.
Plans, credits and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. Stripe handles payments; we never see your card number.
- Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing in your dashboard, and your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
- Unused minutes roll over and credits never expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- If a cloud render fails, its credits are returned.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
The service
Exporting videos in your browser is free. Cloud rendering, the API and access from AI apps use credits and have fair-use limits, which we may change. When cloud capacity is full, a render may wait or be refused; you are never charged for a render that does not finish.
We work hard to keep DevReel running, but we provide it "as is", without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features; if we remove something you paid for in advance, we refund the unused part.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Changes and leaving
You can stop using DevReel and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you by email or on this site before it applies. Using DevReel after that means you accept the new terms.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Questions: support@devreel.dev.
